Hello! This is the very first monthly book review, and I’m going to review a book I recently read and loved, A Young Woman After God’s Own Heart by Elizabeth George. Let’s get into it!
A Young Woman After God’s Own Heart
Written by: Elizabeth George
My Rating: 9 out of 10
My Description
A Young Woman After God’s Own Heart by Elizabeth George is a book for middle school and high school young women that talks about friendships, honoring your family, nurturing your faith, and much more! At the end of each chapter, there are verses for you to look up and questions to answer to get the most out of the chapter you read. Honestly, this book has taught me a lot about the Bible and inner beauty that has helped me a lot! It also taught me the importance of spending time with God, and about how Jesus did every morning when He was here on earth. You’ll find yourself marking lots of pages for later in this book!
My Recommendation For Age Group: 12-14
Fiction or Non-fiction? Non-fiction
Would I recommend this book to others? Definitely!
One thing I learned from this book: That time spent with God is a gift.
There’s this month’s book review. I hope you enjoyed it, and that it helped you. I am very sorry that I posted it late. I know I said that I’d post my monthly book reviews on the second Friday of every month, and I’m posting this on a Monday. Oops! Anyway, God bless!
