New Year’s Eve Message

Hey! It’s New Year’s Eve, and I’m just writing a little message to close out 2025.  It’s been a good year in the writing world for me; here are some accomplishments (by the way, this isn’t to brag; it’s just a recap for what’s going on in my life) I published my first devotional; Finding Joy by Miss Lily Jayne (you can buy it  HERE  on Amazon) I got Finding Joy into my local library! Not telling exactly where, sorry… Got 1.29 thousand views total on my blog in 2025 (let’s get 5 thousand in 2026! Tell all your friends and family about this blog and give them the link!) 14 book copies were bought of mine…not the best stat for sure, BUT I have another book coming out sometime in 2026, so make sure to buy copies and give them as gifts! Thank you for fourteen purchases, though. I appreciate each and every one of you who bought one, small as the number may be! Thank you for all of your loyal views to my blog, purchases of my books, comments, all the support, and more. Pra...

Christmas Movies and Books

Hey! I hope you are all having a great Christmas season so far. Looking for any last-minute Christmas books or movies to enjoy? You’ve come to the right place.  Movies Christmas Island (Hallmark) Santa Tell Me (Hallmark) A Cozy Christmas Inn (Hallmark) Journey to Bethlehem  The Grinch The Christmas Chronicles (the second one is good too) Books The Promise and the Light by Katy Morgan  California Christmas by Beverly Lewis (This is the fifth book in the Holly’s Heart series. If you don’t know, I wrote a book review on this book last week.  HERE IT IS!  ) My Favorite Color is Mistletoe by Eva Austin Starry Night by Robin Jones Gunn (This is the eighth book in the Christy Miller series. Also, you don’t have  to read all seven books before this one for it to make complete sense; you can read this one alone. But, you would most likely understand it best if you did read all seven books before this.) I hope you found some new books and movies to get through...

December 2025 Monthly Book Review

Hey! Today is another monthly book review; Christmas-themed of course. This book is the fifth in the series Holly’s Heart by Beverly Lewis. I highly recommend getting the whole series! California Christmas  Written By: Beverly Lewis My Rating: 9 out of 10 My Description Holly’s parents are divorced, and she lives with her mom and many siblings in Dressel Hills, Colorado. Her and her younger sister Carrie are staying in California with their dad for Christmas. Right before they fly there, Holly sees her friend and her boyfriend Jared exchanging Christmas gifts, and Holly knows that her and Jared’s relationship is over. In California, she meets Sean. He’s sun kissed, gentle with kids, sporty, and kind to Holly. Now she’s stuck; Sean or Jared? On top of that, Holly has to deal with Carrie reading her diary full of personal thoughts!  My Recommendation for Age Group: 11-15 year old girls Fiction or Non-fiction? Fiction Would I Recommend this book to Others? Yes. Definitely a...
