Hey! This is the last post of the Back to School series, and I hope you’ve enjoyed so far! Today’s post will be about different lunch ideas. So if you go to public school and pack your lunch, or if you are homeschooled like me and just want more lunch ideas, then hopefully this post will help. Let’s get into it!
First up, knowing me, is some inspo from Pinterest! Here we go!
Those are just some ideas. But almost every single day for lunch I have stovetop cooked vegetables and sometimes add in a toasted ciabatta or cheesy bread to sustain me until supper! I usually just put potatoes, carrots, and broccoli thrown in a pan with vegetable oil in it, then put it on the burner. Stir it occasionally until the potatoes are cooked through. For the toasted ciabatta, just take one side of a ciabatta (save the other half for another time), put some vegetable oil on it, some garlic salt, and some shredded cheese. Then put it on a pan in the oven preheated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Take it out once it looks toasted, and you have a great lunch of veggies and a ciabatta! It’s honestly so good and very easy. I encourage you to try it.
So that was our quick little lunch chat, and I hope you enjoyed this Back to School series. See you next week!
