Hey! Today is another monthly book review; Christmas-themed of course. This book is the fifth in the series Holly’s Heart by Beverly Lewis. I highly recommend getting the whole series!

My Description
Holly’s parents are divorced, and she lives with her mom and many siblings in Dressel Hills, Colorado. Her and her younger sister Carrie are staying in California with their dad for Christmas. Right before they fly there, Holly sees her friend and her boyfriend Jared exchanging Christmas gifts, and Holly knows that her and Jared’s relationship is over. In California, she meets Sean. He’s sun kissed, gentle with kids, sporty, and kind to Holly. Now she’s stuck; Sean or Jared? On top of that, Holly has to deal with Carrie reading her diary full of personal thoughts!
My Recommendation for Age Group: 11-15 year old girls
Fiction or Non-fiction? Fiction
Would I Recommend this book to Others? Yes. Definitely a page-turner.
One Thing I Learned from this Book: People care about you more than you sometimes think.
I read this book (the fifth in the series, by the way) before reading any other books in the series. You get caught up pretty easily, so don’t worry about confusion or about missing any details from previous books. Anyways, thanks so much for reading and I’ll see you next week!
